Yorkshire Profiles proudly sponsored the YorkMix Hero Awards 2024, a spectacular event held at York Racecourse on June 7th, celebrating local heroes for their extraordinary contributions. The evening was filled with entertainment, including a fire act, a performance by Kerri Watt, and a special appearance by York City’s Town Crier, Ben Fry and Sheriff of York, Fiona Fitzpatrick.
The awards recognized individuals like 6-year-old Olivia Patterson, who won the "Ultimate Hero" award for her quick thinking during a house fire. Yorkshire Profiles also hosted directors of the Made In Group Jason Pitt and Sam Sleight, including former Made In Yorkshire council President Ian Brown.
